Identity client
The client owns sign-in, deployment enrollment and sealed credential persistence.
refreshDeploymentCredential({deploymentCredentialPath}) reuses the exact recorded installation,
account, device and custody binding and its contained API-key reference. It requests a fresh
credential through the recorded platform URL's existing runtime-host registration endpoint,
verifies the response binding and atomically replaces only that deployment credential file.
Suspended accounts and revoked grants remain refused. Refresh creates no new identity and does
not rewrite enrollment records. Callers own scheduling; this API introduces no retry timer or TTL.
Run pnpm --filter @open-matrix/identity-client test and type-check.
Password registration requires a person's name (displayName in the identity client,
matrix register --display-name in the compatibility CLI). --name still labels the API key.
The name is trimmed, whitespace is collapsed, and at most 120 characters are stored.
