@open-matrix/chat
Real-time chat webapp for the Matrix actor system. Provides multi-session AI-powered chat with define_component support.

Conversation readiness
Chat watches the tenant's system.agents Registry and health reports, then
confirms readiness with $sessionList using the signed-in user's session.
$status success alone does not prove that session operations are served.
A confirmation timeout is displayed as UNHEALTHY; no inference is requested.
In source-mode environments, the birth entrypoint scopes session-operation
silencing to platform-services. A user deployment writes an empty
silencedOps list, including on an in-place restart, so its own Agents actor
can serve Chat's session list and transcript. The platform's shared responder
retains its session-isolation suppression. See the Round 12 receipts for the
