Use

Use this package at the Matrix integration seam when an actor needs persistent Omega evaluation plus Matrix effect dispatch. Matrix core paths should keep importing low-level interpreter types from @omega/core; use @open-matrix/lisp-actor for sandboxed runtime orchestration.
