# @open-matrix/cli Contract

`@open-matrix/cli` is scoped to package-author development.

It may depend on:

- `@open-matrix/core`
- other packages in the SDK package set, when needed
- Node standard library modules

It must not depend on:

- `@matrix/mx-cli`
- `@open-matrix/host-service`
- `@open-matrix/host-control`
- `@open-matrix/system-*`
- `@open-matrix/system-auth`
- `@open-matrix/system-gateway-http`
- `@open-matrix/nats-auth`
- `hivecast`

User packages must depend on SDK libraries, not on this CLI package.
